Lauren cut her teeth in boutique consultancies leading experience-design & transformational change projects for global clients such as Nike, BMW, Dexcom, and FedEx.

What struck her about project success was not the fanciest technologies, but rather it was the people - the relational dynamics within a group of diverse cross-functional thinkers.

Now with 18+ years broad experience in Operations, Experience/Service Design, Org Development, and GTM strategy, Lauren has a keen ability to ask the right questions at the right time. This unlocks both strategic clarity and confidence in cross-functional execution, particularly at early- and growth-stage startups.

Currently, Lauren leads the Member Strategy & Operations function at The Suite. Lauren is a founding member of the Executive Leadership team and is trusted for her unique mix of customer-centricity and operational rigor.

In one year, the company scaled over 200%, and Lauren pounced on developing processes and systems to keep all XFN teams organized and optimized. Lauren built the first Member Operations team, including member support, data & insights, community activation and development, and retention marketing specializations. For the first time, the company had data-driven insights for not only our about our customer’s behavior, but also for our customers, driving unique and diversified ROI.

Most recently, Lauren helped scale Chief’s (Series B startup with $1B valuation) marquee peer-coaching service, Core, by 150% in 1.5 years. This included operationalizing the complex service with a custom-built matching algorithm, hiring, training, and mobilizing 500+ executive coaches, and developing a refined yet flexible leadership curriculum for executive women across industry, function, and geo.

When she ran her own Executive Coaching practice, emerging and executive leaders from Google, Visa, Noom, Genentech, JLL, and Salesforce trusted Lauren’s unique mix of boldness and warmth to help navigate their own leadership journeys. Top-tier MBA and EMBA students from Carnegie Mellon University demanded a wait-list for Lauren’s leadership course, which explored the oft-forgotten relational side of leadership.

Lauren received her M.S. in Organizational Learning & Change at Northwestern University and dabbled in a PhD program at Case Western University. She is a Certified Leadership and Executive Coach with Gallup's Clifton StrengthsFinder and MHS’s EQ-i 2.0 (Emotional Intelligence credential). Common threads in her work use systems-thinking, relational intelligence, and leader-paradox approaches.

After living in Rhode Island, Boston, Chicago, Seattle, and Pittsburgh, she resides in NYC with her fat cat named Tater.
