CliftonStrengths Summit 2018 - July 16-18

The excitement is growing for the CliftonStrenghts Summit 2018!  In only 2 short months, I'll be heading to Omaha, NE to be a guest speaker for Gallup's CliftonStrengths (formerly known as StrengthsFinder) Summit.  

I have spent much of my recent short sabbatical time crafting a story, designing a deck, and gathering tools for my 150+ attendee breakout session.  I've got the deck in great shape and now it's time to practice, hone, and refine.  I'm the type of person who gets more nervous the more I practice, so I will be careful not to over-manicure it.  At the end of the day, I like to feel unscripted and flexible when I am speaking - it helps me connect with my audience in meaningful ways. 

I am joining an impressive lineup of speakers and attendees, and I look forward to learning and connecting with new people.  The 2018 CliftonStrengths Summit will "provide the education, inspiration and connections you need to transform your workplace.
